FlowCAT is a compact benchtop unit that enables high-pressure flow chemistry catalytic reactions. Its flexible design allows for screening, optimization, and scale-up of both homogeneous and heterogeneous chemical reactions within the same unit, and it also supports a combination of gas and liquid injection. For example, in hydrogenation reactions, it can produce several kilograms (8h/day) of products, making it ideal for scaling up from laboratory use. ■ Users can easily pack suitable catalysts into the reactor. Catalyst selection is flexible. ■ Pressure Adjustment The computer-controlled back pressure regulator handles single-phase and multi-phase gases and liquids without adjustment. This system accommodates a wide range of operating pressures, making it easy to change conditions.
